Togwotee Mountain Lodge Offers Innovative Opportunity for First Time Snowmobilers

If you are a first timer or beginner, Togwotee Mountain Lodge is honoring you with a new Learn to Ride getaway that you and a friend can enjoy. The Learn to Ride three night, two-day session will offer small group instruction with expert guides that will ensure a fun and informative experience leaving participants comfortable, yet eager to indulge on their own. There are two Learn to Ride programs, one for first-timers and another for people that have had a little experience.

Learn to Ride covers:

  • Basic snowmobile tips
  • Getting comfortable on the sled
  • Avalanche awareness
  • Throttle control, counter steering, boondocking and side hilling
  • Getting 'unstuck'
  • Hands on practice – on and off trail

Togwotee Mountain Lodge's Learn to Ride will be offered December 9-12, 2016, January 20-23, 2017, March 14-17, 2017 and March 19-22, 2017. Three night cabin accommodations at Togwotee Mountain Lodge, two full days of instruction and riding, equipment rental, round trip airport transfers and a welcome cocktail reception are included.

Experience the first program of its kind for beginners who want to learn to ride in a safe, comfortable and relaxed setting while experiencing the stunning views of the majestic Teton Mountain Range.
