Companies and event bookers are set to benefit from a boost in Toga Hotels' Meetings & Incentives (MICE) scheme, 'Events with Benefits' enhanced by the recent integration of Rendezvous Hotels into the Toga family of brands.

Toga Hotels, which announced it would manage and consult to 11 Rendezvous Hotels across Australasia last November, has increased its conference offerings with the capability to host full-scale conferences.  Hosting up to 1000 people at Rendezvous Grand Hotel Auckland and 680 people at Rendezvous Grand Perth Scarborough, Toga Hotels' professional conference managers are located on-site to ensure every aspect of your event is a success. Newly refurbished and with a unique beachside location, Rendezvous Grand Hotel Perth Scarborough is one of the largest convention and meeting facilities in Perth.

The expansion of Toga Hotel's Events with Benefits program, to include incentives at Rendezvous Hotels, means there are a wider range of benefits and rewards for bookers and companies. Both parties can earn themselves up to $500 in gift vouchers, accommodation, rebates on fees and more.

• A spend of $2,500 or more for one event at a Toga Hotel affords a $50 gift voucher 
• A spend of $5,000 or more for one event at a Toga Hotel affords one night's accommodation + breakfast for two at a Toga Hotel of choice or a $150 gift voucher
• A spend of $10,000 or more for one event at a Toga Hotel affords a $300 gift voucher
• A spend of $50,000 or more for one event at a Toga hotel affords a $500 gift voucher

For the Company:

• Every 15th Delegate Free - Spend $1,500 or more for one event at a Travelodge Hotel or $2,500 or more for one event at a Adina, Medina or Vibe Hotel or $3,500 or more for one event at a Rendezvous Hotel and the company will receive - one delegate will conference for free (minimum 15 delegates need to book for the conference) one free internet connection in the conference room .
• Free coffee upgrade – a spend of $5,000 or more for one event at a Toga Hotel affords a free coffee espresso machine for all delegates
• Rebates of up to $1000 on total Bill – a spend of $10,000 or more for one event at a Toga Hotel affords the company a $500 rebate off their total bill the next time they conference at a Toga hotel.  Gift cheques are issued for the rebate which is redeemable at any Toga hotel for the client's next conference.
