Toga Hotels is delighted to announce the recent appointment of Emma Fraser to the position of Group Director of Marketing. 

Emma's wealth of international experience includes working for major hotel groups such as Carlson Rezidor Hotel, Raffles Hotels & Resorts, Jumeirah and Starwood Hotels, where her work saw her implementing revenue-driven, tactical brand campaigns and strategies across multiple marketing disciplines.

CEO of Toga Hotels, Rachel Argaman said: "Emma's experience in brand articulation, implementation and adherence, as well as her ability to lead and integrate multiple marketing remits, will be a major asset to Toga as we continue to expand our footprint of hotel brands."

In 2009, Emma won 'Best Global Hotel Campaign' at the M&M awards for a hotel leisure tactical campaign that created a 15:1 ROI for the Jumeirah group. For Carlson Rezidor, Emma managed five brands across 11 countries, achieving a number of key milestones in Asia Pacific brand implementation, digital space growth and an increase in enrolments for their loyalty programme.

"I'm thrilled to join Toga Hotels at this exciting time of growth. I intend to work very closely with our hotels to create demand across various channels and platforms with the goal to ultimately increase loyalty and revenue for all of our brands," Emma said.

A British national with Australian citizenship, Emma ventured into hospitality by attaining a BA in International Hotel Catering and Institutional Management from the University of Brighton, where she was accredited a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and Hotel, Catering and Institutional Management (HCIA). Emma went onto achieve a BA in Marketing and Human Resource Management at Middlesex University in 2001.
