To Tuscany (0121 286 7782; www.to-tuscany.com) will add two properties a week to its collection in 2016, including many that will be new to the holiday rental market. The villa-booking website has the largest portfolio of hand-picked villas in Tuscany, currently featuring more than 730 places to stay in the region.
To Tuscany is also offering discounts of up to 20 per cent on villa holidays in 2016, even during the school holidays. The deals are available on a first-come-first-served basis across the price range, starting at less than £500 per week. Plus, many villas and apartments are available for Thursday-to-Thursday bookings, increasing the possibility for holidaymakers to benefit from cheaper flights.
Since 1998, To Tuscany has grown steadily, renting villas that have been visited by its team in the region. The company's representatives around the world visit Tuscany five times a year to familiarise themselves with the expanding collection, so that they can best advise on enquiries.
Here are three villas that will launch on the holiday-rental market in 2016:
Il Fienile (above centre) is a two-bedroom villa, sleeping four, near Radda. This barn conversion has been beautifully styled with traditional terracotta and wooden features and is set in a large garden decorated with sculptures and with its own private pool. Price £565 to £869 per week.
Il Pogetto (above right) is a four-bedroom stone villa, sleeping eight, just outside Panzano in Chianti. Set in its own gardens, the villa has a private pool and a shaded terracotta terrace set for dining, both of which offer glorious views across the Chianti hills. Price £2,212 to £3,002 per week.
Casa Bellosguardo (above left) is a six-bedroom villa, sleeping 11, close to the centre of Florence. Set in private gardens with a pool, it offers a rural ambience yet easy access to one of Italy's great cities. The modern property has a sleek, contemporary kitchen and is furnished with a stylish mix of contemporary and vintage pieces. Price £2,133 to £2,844 per week.

Notes to editors:
Prices quoted are the total cost for the apartment or villa hire for one week, not per person, and they do not include international travel. To Tuscany is an easy-to-use, online-booking site, which features more than 730 high-quality holiday properties across the price range. The site allows customers to book direct with owners yet benefit from the peace of mind of paying through a secure portal. To Tuscany was set up in 1998 by Sean Caulfield, who lives in the region, and is supported by a small team back in England, who are always ready to help with online and phone enquiries.
