Cynthia Dammerer, Principal and CEO, Dammerer-Nicholas PR & Marketing Pty Ltd, has been appointed to handle Public Relations and media relations on behalf of Tigerair Singapore, effective immediately.

Cynthia has held the position of Public Relations Manager Australia for Scoot since inception of the airline 4 years ago, and will take on the additional new portfolio as the integration of Scoot and Tigerair is effected, under the new management of Budget Aviation Holdings Pte Ltd, in Singapore.

“With 24 years solid travel media experience, Tigerair and Scoot will now be well represented in Australia with this appointment,” said Dennis Basham, Scoot-Tigerair Country Manager for Australia.

“Scoot and Tigerair will operate 59 routes this year with a fleet of new Scoot Dreamliners flying all routes from Melbourne, Sydney, Perth and Gold Coast, and a combined fleet of 35 aircraft covering an Asia-Pacific network that includes exciting destinations including Hanoi, Male, Phuket and Yangon, so Australians never had a better reason to fly away on holidays,” said Ms Dammerer.
