Think! Social Media have opened their Sydney office with the hand picked team led by social media strategist Holly Galbraith. Along with Michael Grierson and Sara Raymond they bring together extensive tourism marketing and digital experience. 

Partnering with the likes of Destination NSW and Tourism New Zealand, Think! creates and delivers innovative ideas and effective strategies in digital and social marketing for the tourism industry.

Think! Social Media was excited by the new research released by Tourism Australia last week about the impact of social media on the way Australian's travel. With Australians spending more and more time on social networks (an average of six hours per week), incorporating social media into marketing strategies and business culture for the tourism industry makes perfect sense.

"It is great to see Tourism Australia sharing some of their research and experience with the rest of the tourism industry", says Think! Executive Director Rodney Payne. "We have worked with hundreds of tourism organisations and DMOs across the USA, Canada, Europe and Australia and have found each seem to be at different levels of social media sophistication. Tourism Australia's research will hopefully assist tourism operators and DMOs to further understand the social landscape and its opportunities,"

Rodney Payne
- Rodney has been involved in tourism marketing through social media since 2005. As the Co-founder and Executive Director of Think!, he is responsible for overseeing all client services; from training courses and developing strategies to campaign implementation and community management. Rodney has spoken at both SoMeT and DMAI in the USA, Indaba in Africa, ENTER in Europe and numerous state and regional tourism forums and conferences. He spends his time between the Vancouver and Sydney offices.


Holly Galbraith
- Holly's experience in Australia's tourism and hospitality industries spans over 15 years with experience in both business operations as well as marketing strategy and implementation. She started #TourismTweetup in 2011, a bi-monthly meet up for those working with social media in the tourism industry. Holly heads up the Australia Think! office in Sydney.


Michael Grieson
- Client Services Manager Michael Grieson has a strong background working across advertising and travel industries in both Australia and the UK. Michael is a recent addition to Think! after returning from London where he was part of the Contiki Holidays marketing team being heavily involved in social media strategy and community management for the EMEA region.


Sara Raymond
- Community Manager Sara Raymond was inspired to pack up and move to Sydney after working closely with Tourism Australia's youth campaigns, social media, content development and press trips out of their Americas/Los Angeles office. She holds a Bachelor's degree in broadcast journalism with an archaeology minor from Boston University and also gained international experience while studying abroad in three countries.
