A fusion of belly dance, tantric and energy healing based exercises are combined in this practical class to unleash feminine power and sensuality.  Michelle Maniaci, energy healer, will lead the class, which is designed to awaken a heightened sense of joy, pleasure and awe.

Position yourself

Dr. Yoav Suprun, Canyon Ranch’s physical therapist, will introduce important strengthening exercises that will tone AND help achieve the most desired sexual positions.  Participants must be 18 or older to attend.

The brain is man’s largest sex organ.  The fascinating brain science behind the ‘Mars and Venus’ principle is explored specifically in the context of sex. Nourish Your Libido

Are there really foods that can put you in the mood? Food is the most tangible symbol of love and nurturing. This class explores the world of mood and food and demonstrates how what we eat can affect hormones and spice up sex.

The Forces of Love, Eros, and Sex

Energy Healer Ricardo Kmentt will lead a discussion on the three forces in the universe: the love force, the erotic force, and the sex force. Kmentt will explain how these three distinct principles or forces are manifested differently on each ‘energy plane’.
