Los Angeles is one of the most popular travel destinations in the world. Beaches, shopping, dining, celebrities, attractions, museums - the city has it all. Now Starline Tours, the city's oldest tour operator has designed custom itineraries to help visitors find their favorite places using the CitySightseeing Hop-Off Hop-Off transportation system.
"Guests who are planning a vacation will find that it is easy to build a dream trip for one person or an entire group using the Starline itineraries,'' said Vahid Sapir, president. "The company has spent almost 80 years showcasing the area to millions of people from all around the world. These new itineraries are designed to make vacationing in Los Angeles easy and fun.''
A special itinerary features celebrity dining and another showcases Movie and TV sights. Shoppers may select from the Vintage, Discount or Shopping itineraries. Two family itineraries offer parents, grandparents, toddlers and teens options for more than one day of exploration. An LGBT Tour provides an insider's guide to the many LGBT faces of LA.
And best of all - for the visitor who has decided where they want to spend their time and what places they should visit will discover that Starline's Hop-On Hop-Off bus offers the perfect transportation solution. No driving, parking or navigating the streets. Visitors may board one of the buses -- complete with comprehensive commentary in nine different languages - at any one of the over 70 stops across the city, and then set off to explore and enjoy.
The 100-mile CitySightseeing Los Angeles Hop-On Hop-Off Service, the world's largest tour of its kind, offers four different color coded tour routes which combine to stretch across the entire city. The Green Route covers the beach cities of Santa Monica, Venice and Marina del Rey. The Yellow Route connects Santa Monica with Westwood, Century City and world-famous Rodeo Drive. The Red Route showcases Hollywood, West Hollywood and parts of Beverly Hills. Downtown Los Angeles is the centerpiece of the Purple Route. Itineraries featuring the best of each color-coded route are also included.
