The William Inglis Hotel MGallery Collection has launched a new Autumn menu alongside a special Mother's Day High Tea and weekly Sunday roast to invite guests to gather, celebrate and indulge. Located in Warwick Farm and inspired by more than 150 years of Inglis thoroughbred horse racing heritage, the award-winning hotel offers a unique blend of rural elegance and contemporary refinement.
Mother's Day High Tea
Treat the special woman in your life to an afternoon of pure indulgence this Mother's Day. The William Inglis Hotel presents a truly memorable high tea experience, hosted in the elegant Garden Pavilion amidst charming rose gardens and historic stables, in what is one of Sydney's most enchanting settings.
Mums will be welcomed with a glass of sparkling wine on arrival, followed by an exquisite spread of handcrafted desserts, freshly baked scones served with jam and cream, and delicate finger sandwiches. A curated selection of premium teas and barista coffee will be served throughout the afternoon.

New Autumn Menu
The Newmarket Room unveils its new Autumn à La Carte Menu, a celebration of the season's finest produce. Recognised with an AGFG Chef's Hat for the second consecutive year, the restaurant's new menu showcases the bold, warming flavours that define Autumn with highlights including seared Tathra Place free range duck dumplings; braised Darling Downs pork belly with butternut squash and caramelised peach butter; and Tasmanian lamb backstrap with creamed leeks and spinach, herb roasted fingerlings and mint Gremolata.

Weekly Sunday Roast
Every Sunday, The Newmarket Room invites guests to gather around the table for an exquisite carvery that celebrates the hearty flavours, vibrant colours and comforting aromas of autumn. The menu rotates weekly between roast beef, roast lamb or roast pork with crackling, served alongside Yorkshire puddings, duck fat roasted potatoes, baked cauliflower with three cheeses, and roasted seasonal vegetables, plus assorted condiments.
