The Westin Bund Center Shanghai announced replacing its bed inventory with the latest version of Heavenly Bed in all 570 guestrooms and suites.
“Our guests have noticed,” commented Andreas Trauttmansdorff, General Manager, The Westin Bund Center Shanghai. “Since we started replacing our beds as early as October 2013 with the latest version, we have been receiving more and more positive feedback from our guests on how incredibly comfortable the bed is and how good their sleep was,” said Trauttmansdorff. “All this without letting them know that we have replaced our hotel beds,” he added.
