Diners at the Golden Peacock can savour the finest taste of traditional Indian cuisine at the one-Michelin-star establishment – the only Indian restaurant in Asia starred in 2014. Made from scratch using ingredients imported direct from India, the cuisine covers a comprehensive range of regional specialties and is prepared by a team of chefs that includes 13 from all throughout India, led by Kerala-native Chef Justin Paul. The Golden Peacock is listed in Hong Kong Tatler's Best Restaurants guide for 2014 and is one of only 20 Macao restaurants recognised by the South China Morning Post in the 2014 edition of its 100 Top Tables – a CEO's Dining Guide, a high-end handbook to the best restaurants in Hong Kong and Macao for top executives.

The first-ever traditional-style American steak house in Macao, Copa Steakhouse has been known as the best steakhouse in Hong Kong and Macao, and is a world-class dining venue with a distinct Las Vegas theme. Copa is listed in the 2014 edition of the Hong Kong Tatler Best Restaurants guide and is a 2013 recipient of the Award of Excellence by Wine Spectator magazine. Soft lighting from vintage chandeliers, warm tones and pleasing textural contrasts make Copa a welcoming place to visit with friends and colleagues, featuring an open kitchen that shows the talented chefs at work preparing the restaurant's signature dishes.
