North at The Venetian Macao

Featured in Hong Kong Tatler's Best Restaurants 2014 and recipient of Wine Spectator magazine's 2014 Best of Award of Excellence, North at The Venetian Macao is a restaurant serving traditional Sichuan and northeastern Chinese cuisine, led by multi-award winning Chef Ken Xu. North's limited-time menu offers mouth-watering selections starting at MOP 168*, including, but not limited to:

Canton at The Venetian Macao

With Chef Mak Wai Ming at the helm, Canton – one of the finest Chinese restaurants at The Venetian Macao – serves not only Cantonese food, but also a healthy dose of flavourful dishes from a number of cities across mainland China. Starting at MOP 148*, the exquisite hairy crab a-la-carte menu offers multiple mouth-watering dishes for guests to choose from, such as:

• Steamed “Yang Cheng Hu” Hairy Crab with Vintage Hua Diao Wine
• Steamed Winter Melon Rolls Stuffed Conpoy and Grouper Fillet with Crab Coral Sauce

Dynasty 8 at Conrad Macao, Cotai Central

Conrad Macao's signature Chinese restaurant Dynasty 8 is the home of classic authentic high-end Chinese cuisine. It holds a 2014 Best of Award of Excellence from Wine Spectator magazine, is featured in Hong Kong Tatler's Best Restaurants 2014 andearned 'Two Wine Glasses' in the 2014 China Wine List Awards.
