Singapore, 14 November: The Travel Corporation, parent company of Trafalgar, Insight Vacations, Contiki and Uniworld, pledges SGD$25,000 worth of aid to the victims of TYPHOON HAIYAN in the Philippines. They will be working closely with their key partners in Manila, Pan Pacific Travel and Rajah Travel, in ensuring that funds will be received well by key charities in the Philippines to assist survivors of this tragedy.

‘It is really heart-breaking to see such devastation and destruction at this scale, and absolutely distressing watching survivors lose their family and loved ones. Our heart goes out to the people of the Philippines, who have been so supportive and generous to us, and we at the Travel Corporation want to contribute and help make a difference during such a difficult time. We hope that our act of involvement will help spur on the rest of the travel trade to come to the aid of those who are most in need. Our thoughts and prayers go out to all the victims and their families.’ said Nicholas Lim, President of the Travel Corporation (Asia).
