Grand Resort Bad Ragaz

How do you like your spa? Do you simply enjoy spa pampering, in the form of luxurious face and body treatments designed to rejuvenate and relax? Or perhaps you want to take your spa experience to the next level for longer-lasting or even permanent results. Grand Resort Bad Ragaz, one of Europes leading health retreats, offers treatments and procedures to suit all beauty requirements at its beauty and wellness spa and medical health centre. Spa at Grand Resort Bad Ragaz can be broken down into three key stages, ranging from relaxing massage, steam and sauna to laser skin treatments and expert liposuction and body sculpting. What spa stage are you?

Stage One: Spa & Beauty Treatments To B. Wellbeing & Spa is the exclusive spa and beauty centre at Grand Resort Bad Ragaz. Spanning 5,500 square metres and now complete, it offers a tranquil setting devoted to guest wellbeing. Enjoy a comprehensive range of spa and beauty treatments and facilities including aroma cabins, freshwater whirlpools, roman baths and a Kneipp circuit (a cave-like room full of thermal water in which guests can walk to stimulate blood circulation). The new sauna area offers a traditional Finnish sauna as well as a unique Swarovski herbal steam bath the first steam bath ever from the crystal-makers! Refresh yourself in the Ice Cave and the spectacular Helenabad swimming pool bathed in continuously changing colours, before relaxing on a water bed in the sensory area - the ideal pre- or post-treatment sensory experience. Other swimming options include the Sports Pool for a more rigorous workout or the Garden Pool for a refreshing dip with a spectacular mountain backdrop.

Exclusive beauty treatments from international luxury brands La Prairie, Carita, Kanebo and Sisley are available at To B. Wellbeing & Spa. Let yourself be transported to cloud nine and emerge radiant and rejuvenated! Highlights include La Prairies Caviar Body Treatment and Sisleys famous Les Soins Phyto-Aromatiques Anti-Age Facial. The spa also offers a full massage menu including Shiatsu, Thai massage, hot stone massage, Lomi Lomi Nui massage, head massage and the brand new Sequoia massage. Reflexology, vino-therapy treatments and Watsu (water Shiatsu) are also available. The Niance Luxury Mens Suite houses specific treatments for gentlemen from Swiss brand Niance, whose products are based on mineral-rich Swiss glacial water.

Guests can also visit To B. Wellbeing & Spa for waxing, eyebrow and eyelash tinting, manicures and pedicures, as well as hair cutting, styling and colouring at the James Good salon.

Stage Two: Medical Beauty The Medical Health Centre at Grand Resort Bad Ragaz has its finger firmly on the pulse of medical science. An internationally recognised centre for health promotion and medical beauty, the in-house team of 10 doctors and 30 therapists offer a wide range of services. Non-surgical aesthetic beauty treatments are increasingly popular today - these include the application of permanent make-up, filling wrinkles, acne treatment, soft peeling, laser skin treatments, collagen treatments and body contouring. The very latest in skin rejuvenation and enhancement techniques are performed by skilled professionals at the Medical Health Centre.

Stage Three: Aesthetic Plastic Surgery Guests wanting a bigger transformation can combine cosmetic surgery at the Medical Health Centre with a stay of 2-6 days in the discreet and stress-free atmosphere of Grand Resort Bad Ragaz. Treatment is performed at the beginning of the stay and the recuperation phase is then spent in the hotel. You are looked after around the clock by your doctor and his team in the comfort of your hotel room, enjoying total privacy and expert care. Aesthetic and plastic surgeon Dr. Bernhard Kipfer joined the Medical Health Centre team in 2005 having gained an outstanding reputation in this field over 23 years. He is an expert in the latest facial surgery, implant surgery and liposuction techniques. Treatments available at Grand Resort Bad Ragaz include botox, profile correction for the nose and chin; breast augmentation; liposuction; facelift; eyelid correction and forehead and brow correction.
