THE STEAK HOUSE winebar + grill will present a Chimney Rock Wine Dinner on  Friday, March 14th showcasing six Chimney Rock Wines  from  the Stags Leap District in the Napa Valley. Paired with a 4-course menu by STEAK HOUSE Chef Calvin Choi, the wine dinner is HK$1,688 + 10% service per person.

Mr Matthew James Parker, Vice President of International Sales for Terlato Wines International will be at THE STEAK HOUSE to personally introduce the Chimney Rock wines.

Guests attending the dinner will be entered in a lucky draw with the winner receiving a bottle of 2010 Elevage and a Chimney Rock Laguiole Steak Knife.

The evening will begin with a reception in THE STEAK HOUSE winebar with 2008 Elevage Blanc and canapés.

About Chimney Rock Estate:

Founded in 1980 by Hack and Stella Wilson, the Chimney Rock Winery was designed to produceartisan wines of “first-growth’” structure, style and taste.
