Day One On arrival, guests are greeted by a spa-therapist the treatments and options are explained and the program finalised.

Day Two Crushed Pearl Body Peel (105 minutes) An exquisite skin exfoliation followed by an hour-long massage to relax and sooth

Papaya Body Polish(75 minutes) A stimulating dry skin brush to exfoliate, followed by an application of freshly prepared papaya, mint, lime in earthy enriching clay. Finish with a 30 minute massage

Day Three Marine Body Wrap(140 minutes) A relaxing, detoxifying treatment where the skin is prepared with an application of marine-extract gel followed by an extra-fine marine algae body-poultice wrap. Gentle, warming allows the body to absorb the nutrients of the product. Followed by a manicure with a paraffin treatment to nurture the hands. Top-To-Toe (120 minutes) Start with an oriental head massage - a nourishing and tension relieving massage of the scalp, neck and shoulders, based on Chinese medicines use of pressure points. Followed by a special Spa pedicure including a soak, scrub and a cool stimulating mask for the feet.

Day Four Ultimate Facial (90 minutes) A superb double mask treatment combining native marine collagens and a sage essential oil mask. Also includes a theraputic massage which extends down the back

Swedish or Aroma Massage (60 minutes) The Swedish Massage relieves tension and encourages relaxation. The Aroma massage using essential oils relieves stress, promotes relaxation and aides in the detoxification process.
