Opium Spa & Wellness at The Siam Bangkok, a blissful utopia of serenity and an urban escape from the hectic commotion of the buzzing city, kicks off its roster of visiting wellness artisans which will further enhance its credible wellbeing offer. A team of international specialists in personal development will underpin the holistic programmes already available, bringing guests a range of gentle, nurturing holistic approaches to take them on a journey of self-discovery and deep relaxation.

Sunderta She Kaur, visiting wellness artisan and certified in Kundalini Yoga, Raindrop techniqueTM, and Siulum Qi Gong Staff will be in residence in May. Guiding and supporting those seeking real change and personal transformation, Sunderta will be offering a series of private and public sessions to help others embrace healthier life cycles and live with more balance and awareness.

On offer will be:
Kundalini Yoga Private Session (2 hrs) & Group Workshops (1.5 hrs)
Combining an uplifting blend of spiritual and physical practices, Sunderta will lead guests through her signature Kundalini Yoga experience. An ancient practice previously reserved for a privileged elite, Kundalini Yoga is a complete science and technology for everyone, combining movement, posture (asana), dynamic breathing techniques (pranayama), relaxation, meditation, and chanting (mantra) to reconnect body, mind and spirit. Regular practice works deeply to strengthen and balance the nervous and glandular systems, leading to increased emotional stability, clarity of mind, and physical vitality through the lifecycle.
Approx. £80 (THB3, 500) for private class / £33 (THB1, 450) for public group workshop

Raindrop Technique TM Private Session (1.5 hrs)
The powerful and non-invasive Raindrop TechniqueTM was developed by Dr. Gary Young integrating pure essential oils with reflexology and healing techniques from Tibetan and Native American traditions. Clients experience a prescribed sequence of seven or more pure essential oils that work deeply at a cellular level to bring all bodily and energetic systems into alignment. Young Living pure essential oils are applied first to the feet and then to the back and head, for a deeply relaxing non-invasive experience that offers many benefits: immunity boost, spinal alignment, muscle relaxation, improved circulation, body detox, stress relief, reduced inflammation, and increased height.
Approx. £127 (THB5, 585) for private session

SiuLum Qi Gong Staff Private Session (1 hr) & Group Workshops (1 hr)
Based on ancient Chinese wisdom and a high level form of Qi Gong, Martial and Healing arts, guests will be treated to a very special series of exercises not commonly taught. Traditionally practiced with a bamboo staff, the Qi Gong exercises focus on vitality and improving overall wellbeing and health. Appropriate for everyone, young and old, these exercises will help guests experience a physical and energetic alignment that cannot be obtained from regular fitness classes of exercise programs.
Approx. £80 (THB3, 500) for private session/ £33 (THB1, 450) for public group workshop
