WATER @ PIER ONE

Water @ Pier One enjoys breathtaking views of Sydney Harbour and features expansive wrap-around glass windows creating a stunning New Year's backdrop. Live music and an elaborate New Year's Eve seafood buffet dinner will be served in Pier One's expansive Dawes Point Room which overlooks Walsh Bay and from the pier, has views of the Harbour Bridge. Priced at $399 per person, the evening will include a mouth-watering 3-course seafood buffet and 6-hour selected beverage package of sparkling, red and white wine, beer and soft drink. A live band will keep party-goers dancing while the hotel's brigade of chefs will keep the buffet overflowing with pacific oysters, Balmain bugs, black mussels and more.

FRONT RESTAURANT

With views of iconic Sydney Harbour, Front Restaurant will be holding a New Year's evening of indulgence care of Executive Chef, John Slaughter which will include a 6-course degustation menu showcasing seasonal produce and accompanied by a selected beverage package of sparkling, white and red wine, beer and soft drink.


For $399 per person, guests attending Front Restaurant for New Year's Eve will be treated to fine food, seamless service and full panoramic views of Walsh Bay. From the pier, the Sydney Harbour Bridge and Opera House will be in full view. Live video streaming of New Year's Eve celebrations will also be shown on TV screens around the room.
