The Sands is a boutique hotel in renaissance Margate that has been receiving rave reviews since it opened in July this year and is currently sponsoring the Turner and Constable exhibition, ‘Sketching from Nature’ at the Turner Contemporary.

The Bay Restaurant - open daily for breakfast, lunch, coffee, afternoon tea and evening meals -   eschews deep freezers and microwaves to serve fresh-off-the-boat catch of the day as well as meat, poultry and vegetables from nearby Kent farms.
