Grand Hôtel de Bordeaux & Spa is paying special attention to romance this Valentine's. Located in the heart of Bordeaux, the world's largest area of fine wine vineyards, and overlooking the Bordeaux Opera House, guests can treat their loved ones to a Grand Hôtel gesture with the 'Romance in Bordeaux' and 'Sweet Valentine's Break' packages.

Guests can choose to relax and unwind with a couple's massage at the hotel's NUXE spa 'Les Bains de Léa' located on the top three floors of the hotel. Afterwards, step out onto the spa's spectacular wrap-around outdoor terrace with a Jacuzzi, rooftop bar and stunning panoramic views over the city of Bordeaux and Garonne River.
Couples staying over Valentine's Day are invited to dine in the hotel's opulent 19th century Belle Epoque-style brasserie 'The Bordeaux', where they can enjoy leading Bordeaux grand crus served from magnums and jerobaums behind optional panelling that can be erected to create an additional level of privacy.
Grand Hôtel de Bordeaux & Spa will also propose the 'Sweet Valentine's Break' package for guests visiting Bordeaux during February. This includes a night's stay, breakfast at 'The Bordeaux' brasserie and spa access, as well as the chance to sample a cocktail from the inventive new menu at Le Bar, which features an unusual blend of local artisanal spirits and hand-crafted ingredients.
Grand Hôtel de Bordeaux & Spa's 'Romance in Bordeaux' package starts at €490 (approx £412) and is available on 14 and 15 February 2014. The 'Sweet Valentine's Break' package starts at €270 (approx £227) and is available between 1 and 28 February 2014.
