The Park Lane Hong Kong, a Pullman Hotel once again has invited the celebrity chef Scott Webster to share his culinary essence and philosophy to the hotel guests and locals during May 4th – 10th, 2015.

 

Returning to Hong Kong after his successful run at The Park Lane Hong Kong, a Pullman Hotel last year, Celebrity Chef Scott Webster will be ready to showcase his  memorably delicious cuisine with the locals once more. “A culinary trailblazer” as critics called him, Chef Webster was one of the first Australian chefs to explore the fine-dining potential of native bush food traditionally used by Aboriginals. After an extensive time he spent in Asia, the owner of the award-winning “OSIA” in Singapore, and the newly opened boutique restaurant accommodation “Carrington Place”, Chef Webster had combined his native “bush food” with a touch of Asian flavours to create a unique experience for guest of RIVA and The Deck with dishes including “Polenta crumbed foie gras”, “Black Angus Beef Tenderloin with Blueberry Risotto” and more.
