New Yorkers and non-overnight guests can also enjoy a full taste of the marathon without having to stay through the hotel's creative programming including a 'Pasta Perfetto' marathon dinner served in the week leading up to the big day on November 2nd.  The special four-course prix fixe menu leads in at $90 per person culminating in a grand finale pasta desert.  A special 'Tata Afternoon Tea' honoring the TATA Group, will be served in Two E Bar/Lounge to tea aficionados during October 23rd – November 3rd, and will see Indian accents, fused with its iconic traditional afternoon tea service to include cocktail samosas with fresh peas & cilantro; a saffron custard tart with candied rose petals; cardamom ginger scones; and a custom blend of Assam & Nilgris tea accented with dried rose petals & cinnamon specially crafted at The Pierre.  Similarly, overnight guests staying in any room category outside of a Grand Suite at The Pierre, A Taj Hotel, New York during the marathon period will enjoy a high energy turndown service, including fruits, nuts, smoothies and wheatgrass shots.
