Palazzo Grassi and Punta della Dogana are the two exhibition spaces of the Pinault Collection, recognised as one of the most important art collections in the world.
From 22 March 2020 to 10 January 2021, Palazzo Grassi presents a photography exhibition dedicated to the great photographer Henri Cartier-Bresson, and one dedicated to Egyptian artist Youssef Nabil. Meanwhile, Punta Della Dogana presents "Untitled, 2020", a collective show including the artworks of over 60 artists ranging from the twentieth century through to the present day, until 13 December 2020.
This is a testament to contemporary art and architecture The two historical buildings, symbolic of the city of Venice, are characterised by exceptional history and architecture and represent a reference point on an international level in the contemporary art scene This is also thanks to the restoration work by Japanese architect Tadao Ando.
Various itineraries between art and architecture have been put together, allowing you to discover the exhibitions and the history of the spaces of Palazzo Grassi and Punta Della Dogana. The tours are available either standard, tailor-made or private. In spring and summer, special tours are organised, followed by an exclusive cocktail served on the Belvedere terraces of Punta Della Dogana, overlooking the basin of San Marco.
