Hugo is a graduate with a Bachelor degree from Hotel & Catering management in The Hong Kong Polytechnic University - School of Hotel and Tourism Management and holds a Master of Business Administration as well.

In his new role, Hugo Cheng will lead the overall operations of the hotel's three outlets and catering department, including “George & Co”, “Café One” and “RIVA and The Deck” to ensure high standards of food quality and service to guarantee great guest experiences, whilst working with senior management and owners to the repositioning of all outlets and facilities.
