The New Sunday Lunch at SPOON by Alain Ducasse: A Sophisticated and Relaxed Sunday Experience

The 1-Michelin star SPOON by Alain Ducasse offers a sophisticated, yet relaxed dining experience on Sundays with a NEW all-inclusive degustation lunch showcasing traditional French delicacies created by our SPOON Executive Chef Stéphane Gortina and Pastry Chef Oliver Lannes.

Enjoy a welcome glass of Alain Ducasse Champagne, Burgey “Cerdon” (an exclusive rosé sparkling wine by Bernard Rondeau) or a healthy Mocktail, along with a selection of Viennoiseries and homemade bakery items (croissants, pain au chocolat, pain au raisin and toasted bread) and homemade bread served with bordier butter, jam and honey. The degustation lunch begins with homemade organic muesli and farm fresh cottage cheese.  This is followed by your choice of crepes or waffles served table-side with fresh crème fraiche and chocolate sauce Your first decision of the meal will be how to have your organic eggs prepared - with black truffle, fresh herbs, wild mushrooms, green vegetables or organic bacon.  Following the egg course, indulge in French Iberico Ham served with pickled vegetables and homemade Salmon Gravlax served with sour cream and blinis.

For the main course, select Meat from the Carving Trolley, Steamed Wild Fillet of Fish served with green vegetables or our Oven-baked Cookpot of cereal and local seasonal vegetables.

Next is a selection of matured cheese presented with a crushed dried fruit condiment. This is followed by fresh mixed berries, along with a choice of homemade seasonal sorbets and ice cream. To conclude the degustation experience, choose from a selection of Paris-Parisiennes by Pastry Chef Oliver Lannes presented on a silver tray.

The SPOON Sunday Lunch is inclusive of not only the welcome glass of Alain Ducasse Champagne or Burgey “Cerdon” by Bernard Rondeau, but also free-flowing wine with lunch (with a choice of 2 white wines and 2 red wines selected by SPOON's Chief Sommelier Mathieu Ginglardi), along with fresh juices, the mocktail of the day by Bartender Barry Li  and freshly brewed coffee or tea.
