Boutique Retreats have a selection of big and beautiful retreats available this Easter – perfect for a multi-generational family get-together, or for friends wanting to spend time together over the bank holiday weekend.
Old Park Hall is a gorgeous Georgian pile on the Devon/Dorset border. A little bit of Notting Hill in the country, this retreat sleeps eight and also accepts three dogs. With stunning interiors (think Soho House style) and bags of room, this is an ideal retreat for families. With a children's den, bags of outdoor space and even pigs in the garden, there's plenty to keep little ones entertained. For grownups there's a spa room and hidden snugs to hide away in. If cooking and cleaning aren't on the agenda, owner Daisy can arrange in-house catering and staff for the duration of your stay. With Lyme Regis and the Jurassic Coast just a few minutes away for exploring and River Cottage and Hix tastily nearby, there's plenty to see, do and eat too. £4,580 for the week 14 – 21 April (catering and housekeeping costs are additional).
Fentafriddle is a beautiful renovated cliff-top stone barn conversion close to Trebarwith Strand on the north Cornish coast. Sleeping eight, it boasts incredible sea views and plenty of original features including the Roundhouse which once housed the donkey who drove the mill. Each of the four bedrooms are en suite and the style throughout is relaxed luxury and country living chic, with antiques interlaced with all the mod cons. Outside there's two terraces making the most of the spectacular views, whilst the incredible St Tudy Inn is close by. £4,947 for the week 14 – 21 April.
The Chapel is a divine retreat for eight close to oh-so-popular Port Isaac on the north Cornish coast. Owned by the Goring family, this fabulous property has stunning sea views and is less than a mile from the beach. With three double bedrooms (two en suite, one with a sun terrace) and a bunk bed room, this is a perfect family retreat with a huge living space – think vaulted ceilings, enormous windows and wood burning stoves. £5,039 for the week 14 – 21 April.
Enys House is the new kid on the block. This airy, light townhouse is in the heart of iconic St Ives, just a short walk from the gorgeous beaches, restaurants and shops. Sleeping ten, it's a great multi-generational home stay, with three doubles, a twin and a bunk bed room, two living areas and a huge kitchen as the hub of the home. There's plenty of outdoor space too. £3140 for the week 14 – 21 April.
