The largest Halloween street party in the world happens in West Hollywood. On October 31st, nearly 500,000 people will descend upon Santa Monica Boulevard to enjoy the craziest, most eccentric costume creations ever at the West Hollywood Halloween Carnaval. Visitors can expect fantastic live entertainment and food vendors all along Santa Monica Boulevard.
