(Hong Kong, January 2011) The Langham, Hong Kong is celebrating the arrival of the year of the Rabbit with a special menu and festive puddings from the award winning two Michelin starred T'ang Court.
Chinese New Year menu at T'ang Court T'ang Court has created a sumptuous menu with beautifully prepared, traditional, festive dishes, for you to enjoy with the family. Dishes such as: scrambled egg white with crab meat, bird's nest topped with olive seed, braised shark's fin with crab meat and crab roe, will be on the menu and cooked to perfection by two Michelin starred Chef Siu and his team. The menu will be available from 3rd February until 9th February.
T'ang Court festive puddings T'ang Court has also prepared three delicious homemade puddings for 2011; New Year Pudding, Turnip Pudding and Taro Pudding, all of which are handmade with the finest ingredients. Priced at HK$138 per box, these make an impressive gift for relatives and friends. Puddings are available now until 2nd February.
