THE GOLDEN TICKET: Sofitel and Air France sweeten the Travel Experience in Thailand and Vietnam

Air France in Thailand and Vietnam expand their internet check-in services in co-operation with Sofitel.

Following the introduction of their internet check-in services in Thailand from as far back as April 2007, Air France continues to expand their internet services beyond general standards. With the co-operation from all Sofitel Luxury Hotels in Thailand and Vietnam, Air France passengers who stay at the Sofitel hotels listed below will be able to check-in online, select their seats, and print their boarding cards for free at the hotels. This service is available from 30 hours to 1 hour before departure at the hotels Business Center or Club Lounge. Services are also available for KLM Royal Dutch Airlines e-ticket holders.

"As is evident from the fact that Air France and KLM were among the first airlines to pioneer internet check-in services in Thailand, we are always looking for new ways to make the lives of our clients easier. Expanding our internet services is one of the key initiatives that has become increasingly in high demand among our clients," explained Mr. Luc Delaplace, General Manager of Air France and KLM in Mekong region.

"Thanks to Sofitel, we are able to serve the need of our clients beyond our own territory. Our clients were able to finish all check-in procedures without charge and without having to leave the comforts of their hotel, making the travel process more relaxed and carefree- the way it should be, he added.
