From 9-10 May, The Bar will be offering the Mother's Day Afternoon Tea, featuring an elegant selection of sweet and savoury treats. Highlights include crab and caviar, choux with crémeux and blueberry mousse, and hazelnut praline cake with dark chocolate crémeux and dulce mousse, complemented by The Fullerton Hotel Sydney's signature scones.

Served between 12:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m., guests can choose from three packages

• A$95 per person, inclusive of TWG Tea or Vittoria Coffee
• A$110 per person, inclusive of a flute of Chandon Sparkling Wine and TWG Tea or Vittoria Coffee
• A$120 per person, inclusive of a flute of Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label Brut NV champagne and TWG Tea or Vittoria Coffee

Mother's Day Lunch Buffet

On Sunday, 10 May, The Place will be offering the Mother's Day Lunch Buffet, showcasing the finest locally sourced produce, fresh seafood, and expertly crafted signature dishes. Guests can enjoy highlights such as Braised Wagyu Beef Brisket and Honey Glazed Barbecued Berkshire Pork Char Siu before indulging in a selection of special sweet treats for Mum, including Sakura Daisies and Vanilla Crème Brûlée.

Served between 12:00 pm and 3:00 pm, pricing is as follows:

• A$149 per person (inclusive of one complimentary glass of sparkling wine or mocktail per booking, for all mothers)
• A$75 per person, for children between 5 and 12 years old
• Complimentary dining for children under five years of age
