For those seeking an alternative to the traditional fare, Tonga Room is the perfect choice, complete with
rainstorms, thunder, lightning, and the oceanic rhythms of the Island Groove band beginning at 6:00pm. Tonga Room provides a unique, tropical atmosphere, which has gained a loyal local following. In addition, the culinary team will prepare an island-inspired à la carte menu in concert with a seasonal Thanksgiving Turducken option.

The Fairmont San Francisco presents its beloved annual Gingerbread Holiday Tea, available November 29 and 30 and daily from December 6 through December 31, 2014! A Christmas Fairy and Balloon Elf will provide entertainment for younger guests.  Children will also receive a Nutcracker Ornament and a gingerbread cookie to decorate, and all can enjoy live piano performances during tea service.

Milk and cookies along with a Nutcracker toy will be delivered between the hours of 4:00pm and 8:00pm by Santa for children staying overnight.  (Please request a voucher from the front desk upon check-in).
In-Room Dining is available 24 hours a day. In addition to the à la carte menu, the hotel will offer a traditional roast turkey entrée and pumpkin tart ($44 per person), so guests may celebrate the holiday in the comfort of their room.
