The Cottesloe Beach Hotel has unveiled the Cott & Co. Fish Bar, offering locals and summer beachgoers a new and relaxed bar where guests can relax in the sun, wine in hand, and enjoy fresh, local seafood. Following the successful launch of The Beach Club last year, the Cott & Co.

Fish Bar further enhances the hotel’s offering, allowing guests to enjoy a contemporary beachfront bar experience.

 

The Cott & Co. Fish Bar brings a touch of Mediterranean ambiance to Cottesloe with its southern Italian inspired menu. Head Chef Alan Spagnolo and Consultant Chef Russell Blaikie have sourced local, fresh seafood, including a number of different oyster varieties, as well as Butterfield beef, to be expertly prepared for guests.

The extensive wine list is packed full of light, summery proseccos, moscatos and champagnes.  Curated by Garry Gosatti the drinks menu will feature wines such as albariño, pinot grigio and verdicchio, carefully selected to complement each dish. Aperitivos built around aperol, campari and cinzano will also feature.

Simple, fresh seafood is teamed with relaxed, elegant décor designed by Erol Öztan, esteemed Dutch interior architect chosen for his minimalistic design aesthetic. The Cott & Co. Fish Bar provides the perfect venue for catching up with friends with a range of seating available including communal tables or the option to stand or sit at high tables. Guests can also grab a casual bite at the kitchen bar. Perhaps most enticingly guests will have the opportunity to relish Cottesloe’s famous sunset from the comfortable lounge seating near the windows.

Öztan has created a comfortable, stylish interior that draws inspiration from the beachside surroundings, featuring copper and aqua accents throughout. Situated on Perth’s most famous beach, the thoughtfully appointed interior and stylings, plus new menu, makes Cott & Co. Fish Bar the perfect place to relax after work, entertain friends from out of town or enjoy a wine in the sun over the weekend.
