The Coral at Atlantis, Paradise Island, The Bahamas

Caribbean Tourism Organization

Following an extensive $21 million refurbishment, The Coral at Atlantis (formerly The Coral Towers) now offers a very family friendly four star holiday experience.
The ultra-luxury enclave at Atlantis, The Cove, Paradise Island, celebrated a series of new design collaborations, restaurants and guest experiences, each paying homage to Bahamian traditions, culture, cuisine, colourful design and the ocean that surrounds the islands.
The opening of the new Cove brings two restaurants - one led by Bahamian Chef Julie Lightbourn and one by renowned Master Chef José Andres, a newly designed poolscape and cabana sanctuary
designed by Lulu DK and a soul-stirring art installation created by Antonius Roberts.
This February, The Cove will welcome Chef Jose Andrés, the acclaimed restaurateur, owner of ThinkFoodGroup, expert diver, philanthropist and sustainable activist, as he prepares to open his seafood-focused restaurant, Fish. The fare will highlight Bahamian favourites, with menu items including the freshest fish, lobster and crustaceans. Passionate about coral reef sustainability, the new menu at Fish will include a dish prepared with local lionfish, a species that while delicious, has also been severely damaging and destroying to Bahamian coral reefs.
