However, craft distilleries throughout London are breathing new life into an old favorite by producing premium products that beg to be paired with a twist. The Chesterfield Mayfair has crafted four exciting Gin and Tonic tasting experiences that are guaranteed to take gin enthusiasts on a flavorful journey of natural botanicals and delicate aromas while creating the perfect G&T.

The Chesterfield Mayfair Gin and Tonic Experience provides four different tasting menus. With each, a bespoke tray is presented containing three gins with attributes ranging from floral to citrus to spicy to smooth. 12 of the most common natural botanicals are featured alongside the gins, free for you to see, smell and touch. Mixologists will prepare the pure gin in a balloon glass, and guests can taste the distiller's blend before adding a mix of garnishes to enhance the flavor. Tonic water provides the finishing touch.

Alternatively, a menu of 21 specialty selected gin and tonic pairings complete with garnishes is available. Our highly trained bar staff will be delighted to serve you in the comfort and luxury of The Terrace Bar.

SAVORY: Gin Mare and Mediterranean Fever Tree tonic with pink pepper
