The Bostonian at The Langham, Hong Kong is set to expand its sustainable offering with an environmentally sound steak menu for the months of October and November.

The Bostonian has displayed a serious commitment to sustainability this year. March saw the introduction of a fully sustainable seafood menu after a successful two month promotion, and things are set to continue.

As part of his un-wavering commitment to the environment executive chef Mark Bannon chose to partner with Forrest Green for this exciting promotion. Forrest Green is a partnership of Hong Kong resident Peter Chu and long standing friend Randal Tomich, whose family has been farming in South Australia for 3 generations. Their beef is reared using sustainable agricultural practice and they are dedicated to sustainable farming with a multitude of environmental practices.

Executive chef, Mark Bannon says: "Forrest Green's commitment to sustainability is hugely impressive and I am astounded by the quality of their meat. I am thrilled to bring them to The Bostonian and excited to see what we can do next."
