The Durban Exhibition Centre was host to Southern Africa�s finest culinary Expo, the prestigious Good Food and Wine Spring show, over the weekend of 14th until 17th August. The show, featuring no less than nine state-of-the-art kitchen theatres, and a host of unique speciality demonstrations within the greater show, saw a sensational line-up of top international celebrity and BBC chefs, joined by the finest South African Chefs.

Representing the Three Cities Group was: The Royal Hotel, Quarters Hotel, The Riverside Hotel, International Hotel School, Christina Martin School of Food & Wine and DISH Restaurant. Aside from preparing delectable dishes and presenting audiences with a first-class show, the Three Cities �Chefs in Action� were awarded The Best Food Offering at the Durban Bites Arena.
