Once the palatial dwelling of Princess Victoria, Eccleston Square Hotel is now a sleek boutique hotel run by young Parisian siblings. Hidden to those not in the know, it is the perfect place to catch up with an old friend or gossip with a colleague and being so close to Victoria station, it's the best little secret hide-out for a quick chat with whomever en-route to the commute.

• Tropic Sunrise: White rum, peach schnapps, vodka, fresh orange juice
• Bellini: Peach liqueur, peach puree, Prosecco
• Prosecco Royal: Crème de cassis Prosecco
• Gin Buck: Gin, mint liqueur, lemon juice, ginger ale
