The Alfred Hitchcock Walk Branches Out

London Street Market Walks

Sandra Shevey who started the Alfred Hitchcock London locations walk in homage to the British film director has extended the walk elsewhere.

The New York City leg which began in 2001 profiles locations in Manhttan and Queens from `North by Northwest`, `The Wrong Man`, `Strangers on a Train` and `Rear Window` (Sandra`s personal favourite)

Many of the locations have not changed dramatically and thus Sandra can recall coming into Grand Central station (now as then) merely a day after Hitchcock had shot sequences for `North by Northwest`.

Sandra also runs tours around Scotland to coordinate with Alfred Hitchcock`s `The 39 Steps` and will be adding an excursion to Morocco as Moroccan sequences feature in the first half of the director`s re-make of `The Man Who Knew Too Much` (1956)
