Gourmet fans who long to sample reciples from Chef Pitakwong's highly successful Hyde & Seek, SMITH and Hotrod from Bangkok, will enjoy his signature dishes including “'Smoked Pork and Nam Prik Aong”, “Scallop with fish relish”, “Northern Larb with Beef”, and “Kanom Vong” during his visit. A selection of innovative fusion dishes will also be available to excite your taste buds.

A lunch menu with 3 or 4 courses cost HKD350/HKD450 per person and dinner menu with 5 or 7 courses  cost HKD600/HKD800 per person.

About  Celebrity Chef Peter Pitakwong 

Driven by a passion to explore fresh ideas and invent new recipes and strategies for every facet of the food and beverage industry, armed with a wealth of experience in not only authentic Thai, but also French and his love for everything Japanese, Peter became a renouned chef with contemporary fusion dishes.

With expereience and recognisition from many Restaurants, including Michelin starred establishments, Peter quickly became a national sensation. In January 2010, Peter open the new 120 seats modern Hyde & Seek Gastro Bar, in the heart of Bangkok, which quickly became the spot to be seen in Bangkok. His “nose-to-tail” concept inspired SMITH, as well as the latest sensation, Hotrod, also received garnered rave reviews by the Thai and international media.
