Truffle hunting with dogs
Western Australia is gaining a well-deserved reputation for producing some of the finest truffles in the world. The state is now the biggest producer of black truffles outside of Europe with even the likes of Heston Blumenthal choosing to buy his truffles there.

New winery for the Swan Valley
Western Australia's oldest wine region, the Swan Valley, which is celebrating 180 years of wine production this year, has seen its newest winery open its doors this month. Wine chapel opens in Margaret River
Margaret River is world-renowned for its wines and is Australia's leading premium wine region.
