Taste Restaurant to Participate in Puerto Vallarta Restaurant Week
Casa Cupula’s Restaurant Offers Special 3-Course Menu at $189 Pesos a Person
New York, May 16, 2013- Taste Restaurant, named one of the top restaurants in Puerto Vallarta by TripAdvisor.com readers, announced that it will be offering a special menu during Puerto Vallarta’s Restaurant Week, which will feature Chef Oscar Rito’s signature dishes.
TASTE Restaurant offers its patrons dishes inspired by a variety of culinary traditions from the United States, Mexico, South America and Asia. Part of the luxurious boutique hotel Casa Cupula, TASTE’s dishes can be divided into easy for sharing appetizer portions or served as a main dish.
Puerto Vallarta’s Restaurant Week will take place from May 15-31 and Taste’s special menu will be:
Entree
Traditional smoked tortilla soup.
Dim Sum - Stuffed with local steamed prawns with lime tea, eel and ginger and peanut hummus.
Quinoa grain salad with Peruvian potatoes and organic heirloom tomatoes.
Main Dishes
Black ravioli - Stuffed with artisan goat cheese, served with grill red pepper and a creamy cinnamon sauce.
Turkish-style organic chicken au jus, pine nuts and organic basil and yogurt sauce.
Cochinita Pibil - Slow-roasted pork with black tamale and habanero sauce.

Similar to other restaurant weeks celebrated in major cities around the world, the ninth edition of Puerto Vallarta’s Restaurant Week will offer discounted menus to over 30 local restaurants including El Arrayán, Café des Artistes and Le Kliff.
