Taste Restaurant, named one of the top restaurants in Puerto Vallarta by TripAdvisor.com readers, announced that it will be offering a special menu for the Puerto Vallarta Restaurant Week, which will feature Chef Oscar Rito’s signature dishes.

TASTE Restaurant offers its patron dishes inspired by a variety of culinary traditions from the United States, Mexico, South America and Asia. Part of the luxurious boutique hotel Casa Cupula, TASTE’s plates can be divided into appetizer portion, easy for sharing, or served as a main dish.

Puerto Vallarta’s Restaurant Week will take place from May 15-31 and Taste’s special menu will be:

Entree

Traditional smoked tortilla soup.

Dim Sum - Stuffed with local steamed prawns with lime tea, eel and ginger and peanut hummus.

Quinoa grain salad with Peruvian potatoes and organic heirloom tomatoes.

Main Dishes

Black ravioli - Stuffed with artisan goat cheese, served with grill red pepper and a creamy cinnamon sauce.

Turkish-style organic chicken au jus, pine nuts and organic basil and yogurt sauce.

Cochinita Pibil - Slow-roasted pork with black tamale and habanero sauce.
