Plateau Spa is bringing back Take Time For Yourself – an afternoon indulgence featuring a pampering 60-minute massage and deluxe afternoon tea at Tiffin – and it is now even better.

Available from now until 31 August 2013, Take Time For Yourself offers guests three massage options: a Plateau massage, a green tea hydrating massage or a Hong Kong massage.  After one hour of relaxation, guests can recline in Tiffin Lounge with a tasteful afternoon tea.  Priced at HK$1,080+10% per person.

Plateau massage

A signature spa treatment combining the best of Shiatsu, Thai and Swedish massage techniques, designed to ease tension away from tired muscles.  The treatment comes with Plateau Spa’s own blend of aromatherapy massage balms.  Choose from the RELAX blend using sandalwood, incense, lavender & myrrh to help guests unwind, or the DETOX blend with lemongrass, rosemary, geranium & clary sage to help purge toxins from the body.

Green tea hydrating massage

Using Cucumber Green Tea massage cream, this calming massage restores suppleness to the skin, relieving tired muscles and improving blood circulation.

Hong Kong massage

Considered a deep pressure treatment, our Hong Kong massage incorporates Swedish massage techniques with acupressure
