Canberra's ONA Coffee, founded and owned by the recently crowned World Barista Champion, will be served at the Tourism Australia Cafe at ATE from Monday to Thursday.

Drop by the cafe to get a taste of the beans created by ONA Coffee's Sasa Sestic who took out the title in Seattle, USA, recently.

Sestic owns a number of Canberra cafes including The Cupping Room, ONA Fyshwick and ONA on the Lawns in Manuka and supplies his bean blends to a number of popular coffee spots including Autolyse in Braddon.

Autolyse baristas will give you a taste of the popular Canberra brew and will also be serving their pastries on Wednesday afternoon.

Drop by the TA Cafe on Tuesday to sample other produce from Canberra. Pialligo Estate Farmhouse smoked meats and olive oil at the TA Cafe. On the menu includes:

• Australia's best artisan bacon (Pialligo Estate) served  as a bacon and egg roll (morning tea)
• Pialligo Estate's Sydney Royal Show Championship medal smoked salmon served with lemon and dill (lunch)
• Pickled Pialligo Estate Cold Press Extra Virgin Olive Oil with crusty bread and 24 hour smoked sea salt (afternoon tea)
• Pialligo Estate duck breast with artichoke salad (happy hour).

Pialligo Estate is located in the suburb of Pialligo, close to Canberra Airport and 10 minutes drive from the city centre. It includes a smokehouse, vineyard, olive grove and orchard with produce used in the onsite Farmhouse Restaurant.
