SYDNEY, 18 March 2002 The Botanica Brasserie, Sheraton On The Park has been named Best Brasserie Of The Year at the Australian Hotels Association (AHA) NSW Awards for Excellence in the Accommodation Division.

The Presentation Dinner was held at Sheraton on the Park with the whos who of the NSW hotel industry present for the prestigious award presentations.

Open 7 days and nights, Botanica Brasserie is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Botanica is renowned for offering Sydneys best buffet which features the freshest produce available and a spectacular seafood buffet on the weekends that includes lobster.

Food and Beverage Manager of The Sheraton On The Park, Mr Nigel Butement, said in his acceptance speech this award is the result of the efforts of over 100 talented, passionate people whom work together to provide such a great product.
