Marriott Hotels, Marriott international's flagship brand celebrates the AUD $15-million-dollar re-launch of Sydney Harbour Marriott. The exciting re-launch includes three new drinking and dining destinations and a thoughtfully designed lobby and reception area that let's guests Travel Brilliantly.

Sydney Harbour Marriott delivers premium lifestyle experiences to a prime area undergoing continual revitalisation. The hotel is poised to breathe life into Sydney's iconic Circular Quay, situated along the harbour between the Sydney Opera House and the Sydney Harbour Bridge, within steps from tourist attractions, shopping and in close proximity to the business district.

Dynamic dining venues opening their doors will be Silvester's, a restaurant that features locally-sourced produce-driven cuisine; Three Bottle Man, an inventive café-by-day and cocktail bar-by-night meeting place and a newly expanded Sydney favourite, Customs House Bar.

“Located in a space so quintessentially Australian, the three venues' identities are reminiscent of the heritage of the site on which they are built, yet present exciting, contemporary concepts for the modern Sydney-sider. Attention to detail will be considered in every aspect of the transformation,” said Jennifer Brown, Hotel General Manager.

Reimagining traditional hotel restaurants and bars, Sydney Harbour Marriott will surpass all expectations in delivering inventive experiences from start to finish. The three venues will present diverse offerings, yet complement each other in their appeal to a wide range of Sydney-siders and international travellers alike.

“Opened in 1989, Sydney Harbour Marriott has been a long-standing Sydney institution for 28 years. Drawing on both local and international expertise, this transformation will position the hotel as a serious contender in Sydney's food and drink scene,” says Jennifer Brown.
