Swiss-Belhotel International, the manager of hotels, resorts and serviced Residences in Asia, is pleased to announce that on July 14th hotel management agreement for the soon-to-rise Swiss-Belhotel North Oriental Garden Suites & Residences at Edsa North Triangle was signed with EDSA 999 Properties Development Corporation. The management agreement is the second in the Philippines for Swiss-Belhotel International, its first managed property in the country being The Linden Suites, which is continuously setting benchmarks in terms of Service Excellence. Swiss-Belhotel International enjoys a reputation as a leading name in hotel management, with more than 20 years of experience and strong global brand recognition.
The Swiss-Belhotel North Oriental Garden Suites & Residences, set to open in the last quarter of 2009, will be a 30-storey condotel property comprised of 300 rooms in a prime location right at EDSA across SM North Edsa. Only a stone��s throw away from the newly-opened Trinoma Mall, it will feature a fine dining restaurant, a grand ballroom that can accommodate up to 500 guests, 3 function halls, gift shop, deli, a heated swimming pool, and sauna rooms, showers and a gym inside the health club. Aside from being Wi-Fi enabled, the hotel��s Business Center will be equipped with the latest in Information Technology to make business procedures a breeze for guests. Parking will not be a problem as there will be multi-level parking for guests while the roof deck will feature a serenity garden, playground, multi-purpose hall and meditation rooms. Buyers of the condotel units can choose from studio, one-, two- or three-bedroom, bi-level or the limited loft units.
