Located on level two and with intimate seating for 40, Om Nom is a unique concept where desserts and cocktails are not an afterthought, but take centre stage as the main event.
 

Head Chef Christy Tania joins the Adelphi to excite diners with a range of individual signature desserts and brings with her experience from her training with some of the best pastry chefs in France.
 

“Om Nom is an incredibly exciting concept and ticks all the boxes for me as I can truly indulge my passion for beautiful and unique desserts made from the best ingredients. My mantra has always been, life’s short, so eat dessert first,” Christy said.
 

Fady Hachem, of Hachem Design, is the creative mind behind the current transformation of the Adelphi Hotel and has created Om Nom as the sweet centre of the hotel’s dessert theme.
 

“The look and feel of Om Nom mirrors the luxe feel of the hotel, with a rich tapestry of textures, patterns and colours used throughout. The very essence of the hotel is captured here and I believe will provide the perfect back drop to Christy’s indulgent desserts,” Hachem said.
 

Om Nom will be open for breakfast daily from 7am to 12noon and dinner Monday to Saturday from 6pm to midnight and Sunday from 12noon to 4pm for High Tea.
 

The bar snacks menu is also available daily between 12noon and 6pm and midnight to 7am, plus Sundays from 4pm onwards.
