The world has entered the new year of 2021, yet most countries are still battling the Covid-19 pandemic. Economies are crippled. Travels between countries are restricted. Many countries are still closing their borders to combat the deadly pandemic.

Nonetheless, there is a breath of optimism that things may get better as the inoculation of the Covid-19 vaccines will be available as early as Q1-2021 and widespread of vaccinations by mid-year 2021. In time, travels between countries will be allowed again. Therefore, Tourism Malaysia seeks the views of Travel Partners around the world on the travel patterns in the new normal. Tourism Malaysia hopes that the information will help to charter new directions and strategies to welcome international travellers to Malaysia's shores once again.
