Sunday's Get A Little Brighter with the Bostonian Brunch

The Bostonian Sunday Brunch is fast becoming one of the most popular in town.  

 

Set to the gentle sounds of a live jazz trio Brunch starts with a generous appetiser buffet featuring a selection of traditional items including; chocolate waffles, mini scrambled eggs and smoked salmon as well as the more indulgent offering of shucked oysters, lobster and sushi.  

 

To follow the appetiser buffet guests have choice of up to six main dishes, including the Sunday essential “Roast of the day”.  For those who still have room for a sweet treat, there are two decadent desserts to choose from.  In case you need yet another reason to get up on a Sunday morning, The Bostonian will also be adding a live caviar cooking station for the months of August and September.  

 

Dishes include:

-          Caviar poppy seed wafer cones with scrambled eggs

-          Cauliflower, avocado puree with red tobiko caviar

-          Lobster custard with salmon caviar

-          Layered Balik style salmon, confit beef with black tobiko caviar and wasabi caviar

-          Scrambled eggs with jumbo scallops and caviar

  

The Bostonian’s Sunday Brunch is priced at HK$408 per person and HK$618 per person (with unlimited Champagne). Brunch is served every Sunday from 11:00pm until 3:00pm.
